1:1 HIGH PERFORMANCE LEADERSHIP COACHING PACKAGES
1. DIRECTION – 6-Months Coaching (Zoom)
DIRECTION is designed for people who want to achieve visions and goals, gain incredible confidence, with the opportunity to focus on 2-3 key goals. Over the course of 6 months, you will receive 12 guided sessions of private coaching online via Zoom.
2. MOMENTUM – 12-Months Fortnightly Coaching (Zoom)
MOMENTUM is designed for people who have completed the DIRECTION program and want to continue focusing on 3 new goals. Over the course of 12-months, you will receive 24 fortnightly 1.5 hour sessions of private coaching via Zoom.
3. ADVANTAGE – 12-Months Monthly Coaching (Zoom)
Designed for people who want to take ADVANTAGE of regular monthly coaching sessions for ongoing accountability after DIRECTION coaching. Over the course of 12-months, you will receive 12 monthly 1-hour or 1.5-hours of private coaching via Zoom.

CAREER SMART is designed for ambitious high-flyers who need a burst of motivation and SMART steps to achieve clearly defined career goals, such as getting that new job, internal promotions, job interviews, improving appraisals, performance improvement plans or improving self-confidence. Over the course of 2 months, you will receive 6 sessions of private coaching via Zoom.
2. CAREER DIRECTION – 6-Months Coaching (Zoom)
CAREER DIRECTION is designed for ambitious high-achievers who want to explore and plan for an exciting new future career direction, with the opportunity to focus on 3 key goals. Over the course of 6 months, you will receive 12 sessions of private coaching online via Zoom.

Designed to explore and gain clarity over a major challenge or goal. This popular 3-hour CLARITY Breakthrough Session is 100% tailored to you.
1-Day – EMPOWER: 1-Day Personal Intensive (Zoom or face-to-face)
Escape from the volatile world of business, solve challenges and empower yourself. Designed to explore, clarify and plan for a specific stretch goal, aspiration or challenge. 1-day EMPOWER face-to-face coaching tailored to you. Followed by a 1.5-hour Zoom call one week later.
