I provide coaching supervision for the development of all coaches (in-house coaches, executive coaches, career coaches, life coaches, business coaches, well-being coaches and coaches in private practice), so that you maintain excellent standards of practice and truly maximise your potential. 

Supervision is essential for your continuing professional development as a coach, helping you maximise your highest levels of coaching performance, enhancing development of your coaching skills and gaining assistance with processing and handling of any dilemmas and dynamics.

Coaching supervision with me is powerful.  I provide a supportive and non-judgemental space for you to process the experiences you have with your clients and to also prioritise your wellbeing as a professional. My style of supervision is positive and empowering and has a good balance between structure and free-flow. We take a structured approach using the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision (Hawkins & Shohet) together with the freedom and beauty of dialogue. I am empathic, transparent, flexible, adventurous and mindful of your needs and your style. 

You will gain much greater clarity and make connections you have not made before. I help you identify new possibilities, new opportunities and tools and deal with any issues and challenges before they become unmanageable problems, so that great learning and growth can take place. We will step out of your comfort zone, and by doing so, you will gain fantastic insights, outsights and a much deeper awareness of your style of coaching.
